Luna Tierra - Medicaid Partner

At Luna Tierra we believe that midwife care, before, during and after your birth can not only help you have a healthy family and baby, but also can be an empowering experience.  Improving access to midwifery care and finding ways to support our community, on both sides of the border, is always front and center for us.  According to Texas Department of Health, 53% of births in Texas are covered by Medicaid.  Until now, over half of our pregnant families in our area could not easily access midwifery care.  That has now changed!  We are so excited to announce that Luna Tierra is the first and only birthing center in El Paso accepting Medicaid.  Please call us for more information (915) 562-2222
